Rooted in the Tamil ideal of selfless giving
ஈதல் இதயம் அறக்கட்டளை was founded in 2024 with a single purpose: to give back to society in a structured, transparent and impactful way. The name ஈதல் comes from the Thirukkural — it means the highest form of charitable giving, without expectation of return.
Registered as a charitable trust (Reg. No: 156/21G), the Trust works in close partnership with TAF IAS Academy branches across Tamil Nadu, organising 36 distinct social service activities — from blood donation camps and career guidance to road safety rallies and de-addiction awareness programmes.
Every activity is documented, verified by coordinators and reported transparently — because trust is built on accountability.

"அறத்தான் வருவதே இன்பம் மற்றெல்லாம் புறந்த புகழும் இல" என்ற வல்லுவரின் குறளுக்கு இணங்க இவ்வுலகத்தில் அறம் செய்வதன் மூலம் மட்டுமே இன்பம் குழைக்கும்.
அவ்வறத்தினை தான் சார்ந்திருக்கும் சமூக மக்களுக்கு திறம்பட செய்வதை முதன்மையான நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு உருவாக்கப்பட்ட அறக்கட்டளையே ஈதல் இதயம் அறக்கட்டளை ஆகும்.

சமூக நலன் சார்ந்த திட்டங்களைத் தனிமனிதனாகச் செய்வதை விட அதிகாரம் பெற்ற அரசு அதிகாரிகளாகச் செய்வதன் மூலம் அனைத்து தரப்பு மக்களும் பயன்பெறுவார்கள். அரசுத் துறையில் தனது கடின உழைப்பின் மூலம் பணியில் சேர்ந்து நேர்மையாக மற்றும் சமூக நலன் சார்ந்து பணியாற்றக் கூடிய இளைய தலைமுறையினரை ஒன்றாக இணைத்து விளிம்புநிலை மக்களுக்கு பயனளிக்கும் ஒரு புதிய அறக்கட்டளை உருவாக்க வேண்டும் என்ற என் நெடுங்கால கனவின் வெளிப்பாடே இந்த ஈதல் இதயம் அறக்கட்டளை.
ஆகவே, நேர்மையான அரசு அதிகாரிகளை முதன்மையாகக் கொண்டு இந்த அறக்கட்டளையானது கட்டமைக்கப்பட உள்ளது. அரசு அதிகாரிகள் மூலம் திட்டங்களைச் செயல்படுத்தலாம். ஆனால் அத்திட்டங்களுக்குச் செயல்வடிவம் கொடுக்க சமூக அக்கறையுடைய மனிதர்கள் தேவை.
எனவே அரசு அதிகாரிகள் மட்டுமல்லாது மக்களுக்குச் சேவையாற்றும் மனப்பான்மையுடைய அனைத்து நல் உள்ளங்களோடும் இணைந்து ஈதல் இதயம் அறக்கட்டளை பயணம் செய்ய இருக்கின்றது என்பதை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கின்றேன்.
